Octavo. Grey cloth, spine gilt. 248 pp. First edition, third issue with the dedication page tipped in facing the copyright page. Original dust jacket, price intact. Page 173 has the requisite misspelling of the title character "Seymour" as "Seymore." Small crease at bottom foretip of front endpaper, spine slightly sunned, else a very good/near fine copy. This last book-length work of fiction by J. D. Salinger published in his lifetime collects two novellas about the Glass family. .
