About the Author

KATE DELANO-CONDAX DECKER is a former recognized American Horse Shows Association judge and a British Horse Society instructor. She has instructed Pony Clubs in United States and England, trained and competed in both countries in dressage and combined training. In a career with horses spanning more than twenty-five years, she has worked as an exercise girl at four major race tracks, schooled hunters and jumpers, and coached hundreds of junior riders.
