Cloth slightly used but a good copy. Publisher's compliments slip laid in. A detailed description of the River Gaula and its salmon fishing. "A description of fishing on the Gaula, a typical snow river. An attractive book of permanent value as a 'general' survey of Norwegian fishing conditions." (Where To Fish 1930). "Thomas-Stanford fished it every year, for the months of June and July, from 1898 to 1903.
