Published in London in 1823 This is the First Edition of Robinson?s Rural Architecture, designs for Ornamental Cottages, bound in an old full leather binding, 10.75 inches tall approx., profusely illustrated with 96 plates with accompanying text, a small number of which are hand coloured, the covers are noticeably rubbed, with wear to the marbled paper, both joints cracked through, with some evidence of strengthening repairs, boards loosened but holding, internally the title page has been clipped at the top corner to remove an old ownership signature, some marking and browning to endpapers, plate edges are browned and foxed throughout with some occasional handling marks, creasing wear to a few pages else in acceptable condition, this is a larger and heavier than average book, overseas shipping costs will be higher than the basic standard quote.
