Racing Planes and Air Races: A Complete History ( Vol I to Vol XIII )

Thirteen volumes covering the years 1909 to 1978. The first 12 volumes were written by Reed Kinert who died in 1976. His place was taken by Dusty Carter who wrote volume 13. The first 12 volumes were Reference Series No 1. The first four volumes are marked as "First Edition - Second Printing - Revised 1969" the remaining editions are marked as First Editions except for volume 12 where no edition is indicated. These softcover volumes are all about 90 pages and are illustrated with black and white photographs and plans. All are in fine condition with only a bit of shelf wear.
