Item description from seller

First trade edition, first printing; preceded only by the privately printed but truncated Bates edition. Near Fine with slight fading to spine cloth, in a Very Good un-printed Mylar jacket, which is lightly soiled and with a small tear at the base of the spine. In a Very Good slip cas, light soiled and lightly worn, rubbed at the points and with a ding along the front opening, gold title label shows light rubbing. Scarce in jacket and slip case. With publisher's prospectus laid in. A seminal advertising book; Reeves was reportedly used as an inspiration for Don Draper's character in Mad Men.
