The author of these 246 (landscape format) pages of architectural `how-to' gives credit to, among others, the staff of Habs/Haer. The foreword pays note to the drawing of existing `working structures - their virtues and failures'. LEARN more about : trade journals, insulation, partitions, Spring Valley House, archival mount card, radiographs, monophotogrammetry,adaptive reuse, and National Register. Text assisted by lots of b/w photographs, blue-print type drawings and b/w sketches. Cond : Black paper wrapper with red titling. Composite of five drawings make cover graphic. Tight, bright, clean and square. no names nor marks. Minimal wear. Excellent working copy. QUote (p. 152) : " Note how the upper floors differ from the first floor plan, which covers the entire site. The upper floors, devoted to office space, were not hemmed in by adjacent buildings and needed lightwells to be ._._._. . ".

I can handle your credit card transactions ONLY through the ABE.commerce program. PAYPAL is also a workable option. We under rate the condition of our books, build cardboard shipping sleeves for protected shipping and respond promptly to requests and queries. Shipping and handling on all books is at the expense of the purchaser, and is often in the $12.95 per item range. Book weight and volume purchases will alter these conditions.
