Hardback. Very Good+. 1st Edition. 8vo. An account of the authors experiences as a POW of the Japanese, from the Fall of Singapore in 1942 to his release in 1945. 10 Photos and b/w illus. The Dustwrapper 'red' has faded on the spine and 1/2 " into the front board, but dosen't affect Titling, which is very clear. There is one sm. closed tear; and internally 2pps have a long crease line across the edge of the page, but apart from these minor faults the book is Nr FINE.; 49115.
