First edition w/NAP, hardcover published in conjunction with the 1987 Red Groom' exhibition at the Whitney Museum of Art, has a lean to the binding, a ding with a small scrape to the head of the front cover, lighter bumps to the spine ends and cover corners, and some creasing along the edges and folds of the interior. Otherwise, this is a solid, bright, Near Very Good copy.
