Bright, clean, unmarked copy with a sound binding. Dustjacket, in brodart, has small pieces missing to both extrmities of spine. Front panel is attractive. Weight, 430g. We use both the Canada Post and the United States Postal Service and offer very competitive postal charges - based on actual costs, no overcharging. Images always available. Shipped well packed. Orders usually ship within 2 business days. Shipping costs, as stated on ABE, are based on books weighing 1.1 LB, or .5 KG, or under. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required. We use both Canada Post and the United States Postal Service whichever is cheapest for the customer.
