See photos for condition details. Hardcover, tan cloth boards with leather labels to spine exterior shows quite a bit of standing and soiling, spine is darkened and labels are chipped/peeling. Internal binding has some openings starting at boards but text pages are good and binding is tight. Paper is toned due to age and foxing and spotting is present throughout. There is some staining though this is mainly limited to the end pages and pastedowns. No signatures or bookplates in the only handwriting found are a few corrections to the case numbers, which were printed incorrectly. There is some pulling to the spine at the index in the front and front pastedown is a small label in the corner from the original law bookstore. This is the original publication, not a reprint.
