In the original publisher's full cloth binding. Externally excellent with minor shelf wear only and a minor bumping to the head and tail of the spine and extremities. Internally, firmly bound. With a minor faint spotting to the fore edge, affecting only the first and last few leaves and the occasional leaf, particularly those nearing leaves of plates. Otherwise, the pages are generally bright and clean. Illustrated with one hundred and eighteen full page plates of illustrations. Collated, complete with all one hundred and seventy-three figures.
