Book condition is VG+. Exceptionally clean and tight. Appears unread. There is a small spot on the bottom corner of the rear board where the burgundy paper is scuffed off, and a small, light stain to the bottom corner of the first few pages. Otherwise this book would be graded Near Fine. Gift inscription on the FFEP. DJ condition is Fair, with a piece missing from the bottom rear panel and numerous edge tears. A very nice, solid copy.
