A very good set of 2 blue hardbacks with colourful armorials to front covers and titles to spine. Blue cloth has a simulated leather effect. Plain blue endpapers with just a little give in the spine, but all soundly bound. Spines slightly sunned. Provenance - Bookplates to front pastedowns of 'Sir Archibald Hamilton Dunbar of Northfield, Seventh Baronet.' Text is bright and clean throughout with gilt top edge. Plates are well presented. Text in English. Vol I: xxvii + 353pp + Plates; Vol II: xi + 340pp + Plates + 16pp Publisher's advertisements. Weight approximately 1.5kg (the set - unpacked).
