1st Edition1838. Samuel Bulkley Ruggles 1799 -1881 was an American lawyer and politician from New York. He was a member of the New York State Assembly in 1838, and a Canal Commissioner from 1839 to 1842 and in 1858. He was a member of the city's Chamber of Commerce, which published his reports on economics and public policy. Good; New Covers. The softback booklet book is very good and quite bright. All overseas orders with priority shipping (8 days+) will be sent by either tracked airsure or international signed for. The slower postal rates (14 days +) will be sent by standard airmail and will take longer to arrive.
