Richardson Rare Books Tel. 01472 823900 was formerly known as Mr. Books which is located on Tonbridge High Street in Kent, England for over 12 years up until July 2017. Due to the sale of the bricks and mortar side of the business it made sense to change the name to reflect a shift of direction. Since then we have been trading online, at PBFA fairs and Bloomsbury Book Fairs, as well as showcases at select antique centres in Lincolnshire. We don't specialise in anything in particular, just rare and fine books on many subjects. Over the years we have built up an impressive range of signed modern fiction firsts which aren't always listed on abebooks so please do call us if you have any particularly collections you'd like to add to. Email: mrbooks@btinternet.com Tel. 01472 823900 All books are sold in good faith with as accurate descriptions as possible. For this reason we have a tiny amount of returns out of the many thousands we sell. If you are unhappy on receipt of your purchase then please contact me by email or phone. You will be refunded the cost of the book if there are reasonable grounds for your dissatisfaction. Damage in transit and losses in the post are covered by my PBFA recommended insurance.
Shipping terms
Orders always shipped within 2 business days. Wherever possible there are no extra postage charges for heavy books for UK based customers, although there may occasionally be for overseas customers. Where extra shipping costs are required we will notify you first and you will have the option to accept or decline.
