Collette's Books guarantees satisfaction with courteous communications, a timely response, and a completely satisfactory transaction. We provide an accurate grading and description of all items. We strive to ship orders within 1-2 business days, carefully packaged, at a reasonable rate. You may return items for any reason within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are in the same condition as received.
Shipping Terms
All items are enclosed in a weather-resistant poly bag and shipped in cardboard boxes or padded kraft or polymailers. As part of our recycling efforts, we occasionally reuse clean, sturdy boxes and packaging materials. We offer standard domestic shipping via USPS Media Mail and strive to ship items within two business days. Standard domestic orders generally arrive within 4-14 days. Both Economy and Priority International shipping is also available. Please note that we cannot ship to destination countries in the European Union (EU) at this time. Also note that international shipping of heavy books (over 3 lbs) may incur additional costs beyond quoted rates. Custom taxes and duties may also apply to international orders.
