The front cover has minor creases and chipping to the corners and front cover hinge. The spine shows heavy toning, wear, and heavy chipping to the spine ends. The rear cover has a minor 1" tear at the bottom, minor chipping to the top left, minor corner chipping, and a minor red stain. The book itself is in good condition. Heavy bumping to front corners, particularly the top right corner, otherwise good. The spine has minor crushing to the bottom left and minor bump to top left corner, otherwise good. The rear board has a minor 1/2" scratch otherwise very good. The contents of the book are in good condition with owners first name on ffep otherwise unmarked throughout. Heavy bumping to top right corner of the pages, more to the first 100 pages. Otherwise clean and bright. The rear map is in very good condition. The red topstain is rich with minor stains. Minor lean. Tight binding.
