In an effort to heal the trauma of losing his mother at young age, as well as to release his own fear of death following a near death experience, author and photojournalist Chanho Park traveled to the settings of death across South Korea, photographing funeral sites, Confucian ancestral ceremonies, Buddhist cremation ceremonies, and Shamanic rituals.
