By descent, from the library of Christopher Grey Tennant, 2nd Baron Glenconner (1899-1983) and his second wife Lady Elizabeth (n�e Powell), who were friends with various writers including Cyril Connolly, Stephen Spender and Anthony Powell. They were parents to the author Emma Tennant and Lord Glenconner's siblings included Edward Wyndham Tennant and Stephen Tennant. No 26 of 150 of the authors own copies. Signed to the rear. Orders usually shipped within 2 business days. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know if extra shipping is required.
All overseas orders with priority shipping (8 days+) will be sent by either tracked airsure or international signed for. The slower postal rates (14 days +) will be sent by standard airmail and will take longer to arrive. We recommend to all our customers to use the priority shipping as this is a much quicker and secure method of shipment.
