Shows some wear to front, edge and spine, light soil. Slight foxing on front end papers, Former owner names in india ink and a small pencil paragraph possibly written by a former owner or bookseller stating this is the first and possilbly only copy of this rarely seen book with refrences to the lithographed illustrations being possibly done by Ernest Nister who the author was a staff author for. Book condition is Very Good/No DJ - though it has a protective plastic covering. Looks to date to the late 19th century, No date is listed. has a slight losening of the spine to the inside front, the book is still tightly bound, clean and in very nice condition overall.
