Original large, heavy, oblong hardcover, no jacket as issued, in thick clothbound slipcase. 320 pages, many color and b + w photographs. Book has minor reading is very bright and solid. There is a cloth patch and single illustrated promotion card at front with patch being tack-glued to inside cover. Slipcase has a few small spots and light rubbing, but is very bright and clean.
