front cover blemished by liquid spill at base, otherwise clean and sound, unpaginated but about 50 pages, including many charts. Rydell was from the United States Army Corps of Engineers, and was brought in following the particularly severe flooding in 1954-5. The conclusion was that not a great deal could be done. Size: Folio - over 12" - 15" tall.
