[1937] First Printing. Bound in blue cloth, gilt titles, faded at periphery and top 2" of the spine which shows some wear; original owner's handstamp to front endpaper; fine internally with colour frontispiece and photographic plates. The d/jkt is damaged with large piece torn away from top of spine and the rear panel, worn along edges. Introduction by Malcolm Campbell. ix,219pp.
