About the Author
Sylva Leduc is an award winning Executive Coach who has worked with executives, leaders, and high potential employees for more than 15 years. Her company is Sage Leaders Inc. As a former executive in an international career transition organization and later in the Change Management group in a Big Five Consulting firm, she has coached more than two hundred executives from around the world. In 2007, Sylva and Child Care Resources were honored by the Seattle chapter of the International Coach Federation with the PRISM Award. The PRISM Award recognizes organizations, leaders and coaches for demonstrating tangible results through coaching.
