Quarto, illustrated perfect-bound wraps, and a very massive 508 pages. Near Fine; such a hefty weight as this issue has inevitably gives a perfect-bound softcover publication a bit of a spine lean, and that is present at a very demure 2 or 3 degrees; and this, plus tiny-scale corner curl for the first few pages, are what keep this scarce and memorable issue out of Fine condition. A really very handsome, high-grade state of preservation. See scans. How does one provide scanned images of 508 pages of scintillatingly photographed dream luxuries ? There are a few, images here, though, just to whet the appetite. That's what Robb Report has always done - even back beyond this special 1998 issue, which itself was before the the takeover by Curtco-Robb Media, who certainly continued the job with full respect and talent applied. Four (yes, four) pages of contents help one with what's inside, but, as we all know, it isn't about just the nicely organized articles, which serve the purpose of fleshing out the details on one-offs; it's as much the ads, displaying those longed-for possessions, and the stunning graphic presentation of same, that attracts us to this now-so-collectible periodical. Go through these pages and buy her - or yourself - one of everything. Do that, and you're a better man than I. A serious and already scarce genre collectible, in this handsome condition. See scans.
