Item description from seller

No marking, tight binding. Lengthy inscription from author with quotation (dated 1935) to Judge Tillman D. Johnson. Stain inside front cover that extends through first several pages. Top edge stained. DJ shows wear but minimal chipping, lacks rear flap (now in Mylar protector). Johnson (1858-1953), a native of Tennessee, served as district judge in Utah for nearly forty years, eventually rising to the post of senior judge.
