Veale states that Nathan Rothschild took Balla (the Hungarian author) to court, trying to stop publication of this book, but the court agreed that what the book said was true. This copy remarkable for a clipping from The World Magazine, February 16, 1913, affixed to the front endpaper. The illustrated clipping is entitled The Rothschilds and Their Wit and folds out to 10.7 x 18 inches. A British edition of this title was published in the same year.
