The text is bilingual and printed 2 columns per page with Middle English in the left hand column and French in the right hand column. The Middle English text used is that of the 1532 Thynne edition with minor adaptations while the French text used is based on several original texts which the author goes to great length to describe in the introduction. At the back, forty-four pages of textual end notes followed by a 3 page bibliography. Minor wear to externals of the book itself and otherwise very clean with a sound binding.
