Written by Mildred Anna Rosalie Tuker, a British author, and Hope Malleson, a British writer who was the daughter of suffragist and activist Elizabeth Malleson. Illustrated by Alberto Pisa, an Italian painter, often painting ruins, landscapes, and garden views in bright watercolor. In the original pictorial cloth binding. Externally, smart with light shelf wear and minor bumping to the extremities. Fading to the spine and edges of the boards. The odd small mark to the board. Internally, firmly bound.
