An illustrated guide to Edinburgh, Scotland from the Royal Hotel of Edinburgh, Donald MacGregor, Proprietor, 1881. Heavy card wraps with beautiful red tartan plaid design, emblems, and illustration. About 50 pages with illustrations, historical information, guide to sights, illustrated Scottish ballads and illustrated advertisements. Some wear to covers with tears to paper over spine and small stains. Missing front corner tip. Inside is very good. Overall is Good+. Wonderful ads for fishing tackle, guns, tartans, whiskey and everything Scottish. Very Scarce.
