Contents both in very good & very clean condition, both with owner signature inside front cover, and a few pencil underlining. William Cobbett, 1763-1835. Part of the publishers Every Age Library. First published in 1830, the preface is dated1909, but BL dates published 1914, This might explain why it is so rare to find it today. 1914 was the start of the 1st. World War, so presumably very few printed/sold. At time of listing could not find another set for sale. Size approx 18 x 11. 5cm wide each.
