The points for the True First Export Edition on p. 330 and 352 have been corrected. The Dust Jacket is in Near Fine condition: price clipped; tiny surface chip to spine, top rear corner lightly worn; bottom rear corner has a 1.4 cm split with corresponding crease of 5 cm at bottom edge, else Near Fine (and placed in fresh brodart jacket sleeve after photographing). Overall, a Very nice copy. Includes a number of shorter works besides The Silmarillion, Genealogies, The Sundering of the Elves, Note on Pronunciation, Index of Names, Appendix, Elements in Quenya and Sindarin names plus a color map of the Realms of the Noldor and the Sindar. Guy Gavriel Kay spent a year editing this book at the request of Christopher Tolkien.
