CONTENTS DESCRIPTION: The author was an English explorer of British Columbia and the Canadian Arctic. With inherited wealth, his travels centered on hunting, sport and adventure, more than on science. However, his widely popular writings are among the first for the regions in which he traveled. Here he hunts into Northern British Columbia and Alaska. Great narrative. Here in a very nice copy of a scarce title.
