1st thus edtion in full rich brown leather w/embosing and gilt decorations;titles; all edges gilt; marbled end papers; lite foxing; some rubbing; 112 clean, unmarked pages; Illustrated in color by Birket Foster throughout, colored initials throughout are hand-painted. A superlative work, the first book engraved and printed in color by Edmund Evans. who was a prominent English wood engraver and colour printer during the Victorian era. Evans specialized in full-colour printing, which, in part because of his work, became popular in the mid-19th century]. Size: 8 Vo.

Domestic Media Mail is $4.85, Priority $7.3. Canadian orders add $8.00. To other locations, global priority $25 for flat rate envelopes.
