First edition. Original gilt-stamped blue cloth, top page edges gilt. Lacking the endpapers, Charles Austin Buck's decorative bookplate on front pastedown with penned notation on a couple pages, blue stain on copyright page, cloth soiled, extremities worn, two tears across mid-spine, rear pages loose, a good only copy. Charles Austin Buck, Vice President of Bethlehem Steel in Pennsylvania, built the Pinewood Estate mansion which is a part of the Bok Tower Gardens in Lake Wales, Florida.
