Includes scenes from the Lake Park Bathing Resort (Great Salt Lake), Walker House Hotel, Metropolitan Hotel, Residence of James Glending, United Electric Co., and much more. Wonderful pictorial record of Victorian Salt Lake City. Flake 2663. Moffat 214. 36" by 24" oblique view of Salt Lake City. This map was originally issued with Darke's 'Salt Lake City Illustrated'. There are several fold tears (one short and two lengthier tears), each closed with the exception of the longest tear which is 10", and bears a small amount of loss. A pleasing and extremely detailed view of Territorial Salt Lake City with the Salt Lake Temple at the center, and insets at the lower corners of Fort Douglas (Left) and the Old Council Hall (right).
