First Edition, First Print. A True First, Octavo, Pp. 220, first edition, with 6 illustrated Colour plates tipped in, and tissue-guards and errata slip present. Published as a paperback and a leather bound hardcover, this is the latter in blue leather front cover beautifully decorated in gilt . The original clear acetate jacket is present with information about the publication on the front and back inner flap, there is a large area of loss to the bottom section of the front panel,Sairseal Agus Dill bookmark laid in. Thirteen stories from ancient literature, in medieval and old Irish-language. A lovely production and uncommon in hardcover format.
