Small 8vo., 240pp. Beautiful First Edition with publisher's logo on copyright page as called for. Square, tight and clean throughout with only minor edge-wear and moderate toning to page edges. Equally attractive unclipped dust-jacket ($2.75), has quite mild wear to edges and tip. Fresh and bright with no tears, creases or chipping. Anthology of 10 stories. This is the 1954 Rinehart hardcover first edition, with "Copyright ? 1954", LCCN 54-8255, and the Rinehart logo on its copyright page. This book is in very good condition for its age, marred only by a bump on the bottom of its spine, some very light wear on its covers' spine ends and front bottom edge, and a few very faint purple spots on its front and back covers. Its binding is sound and square, with no spine crease. Covers are unmarked and otherwise unworn. Pages are unmarked and unworn. Its dust jacket, now protected by a removable mylar cover, is in near fine condition, whole and bright, with some very faint smudges along its back folds, plus traces of wear on the ends of its spine and flap folds, but otherwise unmarked and unworn. I will ship this book in a moisture proof zip-loc bag, padded in bubble cushion, inside a sturdy box to assure it reaches its new owner in the same condition as my description.
