He was the First Earl of Marchmont, known as Sir Patrick Hume, a Scottish Statesman. Born Jan. 13, 1641 - Died August 2, 1724. *Bookplate of Robert Maxtone Graham - the British writer, genealogical researcher and book collector. *Ink stamp for L. Wesley Miller - Luthier. Foxing to pages. Includes a chapter on Records and Law-Books, as well as a chapter for Medals and Coins. Miller's name is also stamped on the bottom outer page edges.
