Binding is square and solid. Pages are unmarked, clean and unbent. Lovely blue-green cloth boards with minor rubbing along edges and small area sun-bleached at spine head and tops of covers. Gilt lettering on spine bright and clear. Jacket worn at edges; 2cm tear at bottom front corner and small chips at corners. Small stains on jacket front and back; spine age-tanned.
