Illustrated with Complete Biblical Atlas Comprising Twenty-Four Color Maps with an Index of Reference Binding complete; boards with edges frayed; spine edge chipped; front cover hinge cracked, pages dusty with light age toning; maps are clean and fresh. Uncommon in the U.S. John Kitto (1804 – 1854) was an English biblical scholar of Cornish descent. Kitto had been a careful observer of physical detail – the topography, the animals, architecture, agricultural methods, the manner of interaction between people.
