FIRST EDITION in brown cloth, illustrated endpapers, frontis., 224pp. Very Good with a bit of rubbing along edge of spine and owner bookplate on front pastedown. Traces history of the author's family in context of the times. Includes a description of the Battle of the Little Big Horn. Book was beautifully produced by the author himself - including design and use of his own hand-carved blocks and letter-press printed by the author. Laid-in is a signed letter from the author explaining 4 pages that are transposed + a newspaper article reviewing the book and profiling the book.
