7"x4 3/4". Grey wraps. Facsimile map of England fold-out pasted in. 50 pp. Wrap edges overhang text block, resulting in some curling and closed tears. Stains on spine. Pages unopened. Stamp in gutter of preface page: "A gift from Mrs. F.W. Blatchford, Chicago." This is a paper printed for members of the Chicago Literary Club, limited to 510 copies. The decorations on the cover and title page are by famed Orientalist scholar F.W. Gookin, who served as club secretary and treasurer from 1880-1920, and President from 1921-1922. The paper's author, C.E. Cheney, was Presiden from 1908-1909. An attractive and scarce artifact of Chicago literary history in very good condition. Seller Inventory # 1559
