1945. Rider & Co. First Edition. Uncommon. A Hardback in Good to Very Good condition without dust jacket. Original publisher's cloth boards. A solid, presentable copy of this uncommon 1945 wartime title. Cloth boards show general grubbiness and shelf wear consistent with age. The spine is darkened/faded but the text remains crisp and legible. Mild softening and bumping to the extremities. The spine is slightly loose, but the text block remains firm, tight and securely attached. Internally, clean and bright. Pages are unmarked with no annotations, underlinings or previous owner inscriptions.
