See You Later, Alligator (Shooting Script For Proposed Film) Script Screenplay

Offered is the screenplay for the proposed film "See You Later, Alligator" by writer, producer and director Jeffrey Bloom from an idea by Jerry Drucker and James Ogg. No date, circa 1990s. A shooting script (each scene is numbered), the film, to my knowledge, was never made. The screenplay contains 132 three-hole punched mimeographed loose leaf pages, including the title page (on Palo Duro Productions letterhead), and a three-page re-write of Scene One. The pages measure 8-1/2" by 11" and are printed on one side. The screenplay is bound in flexible yellow vinyl covers, with embossed title in green, and held together with three brass brads.
