Uninsured parcels shipped at customer's risk.
All books subject to prior sale. Once an order is received, the book will be held ten days if still available.
We do not accept returns unless our description of the book is faulty, and then only with our prior approval. If you wish to return a book, you must contact us within three business days of receipt of book.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES DO WE RETURN SHIPPING AMOUNTS. WE DO NOT PROVIDE OR PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Domestic orders:
West Virginia residents please add 6% sales tax. We accept Visa and Master Card.
Shipping & Handling is $7.25 for the 1st book & $7.00 per each additional book.

All orders shipped via media U. S. mail.
We require our customers to have books or order over $35US in value sent via insured mail, amount according to USPS and destination. The customer will pay cost of insurance.
Once an item is shipped and leaves our posession and is with the United States Postal Service, we have no control over delivery. Please contact your local post office.
IN the event an insured item is not delivered, we will assist by contacting our local post office to attempt to obtain the last known location. In the event and insured item requires an insurace claim, we will make the claim. Any refund is dependant upon the outcome of the USPS claim. No refunds will be issued unless and until the USPS has agreed and paid the claim. Then, only the cost of the book/item will be refunded- no shipping will be refunded.

** Orders or books with a value/price over $100.00 US may not under any circumstances be returned or refunded.**
Orders/books shipped outside the continental United Staets may not be returned or refunded.

Foreign orders:
Certified bank cashier's check or bank money order ONLY.
Shipping & Handling is determined by weight.
All orders shipped via U. S. parcel post. We insist that all foreign orders be insured. The customer will pay cost of insurance.
Please inquire as to cost of foreign shipping rates. THE SHIPPING RATES STATED ARE ESTIMATES ONLY. SHIPPING RATES VARY AND ARE BASED UPON THE SIZE, WEIGHT AND DESTINATION THE AMOUNT IS ACCORDING TO THE UNITED STATES POST OFFICE.
Any costs associtaed with customs (either US or destination coutnry) are the responsiblility of the customer. Orders/books shipped outside the continental United States may not be returned or refunded.

Orders or books with a value/price greater than $35.00 US will require additional shipping costs for insurance, amount according to USPS and destination. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 1.2 LB. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required. Orders or books with a value/price over $375.00 US may not under any circumstances be returned or refunded.
