Worn brown leather cover with some gold trim remaining. Spine is worn: can read indentation of Hall's Works, Vol III Devotional, London 1811. Previous Owner RJ Wicksteed sticker inside cover along with embossed stamp on title page. Interior in very good condition considering its age. Exterior in fair/poor condition with much wear. Marbled design on book foredge and endleaf papers. 5 cents written in pencil on back endpaper. Dark green string bookmark within though unattached due to age. A good clear copy of this rare devotional volume.
