Book itself is decorated in the same fashion as the dustjacket. Book is from a convent library. The book has a library stamp at the top of the first fep but is otherwise in very good condition, dated 1947. Dustjacket has a mark at the bottom due to the removal of a piece of sellotape but is in an otherwise good condition. Bloomfield was a poet who wrote about peasants and farmers from the perspective of a farm labourer in Suffolk.
