Self-Powerment: Towards the Next Generation of Life and Business Practices

Feelings are experienced in the here and now and when we stay with them, we are able to remain in the Here-Now. However, we have been conditioned from childhood not to feel what we have learned are unpleasant feelings. When we cut ourselves off from these feelings, as we begin to feel them we cut ourselves from the Here-Now.

Self-Powerment is a practical book. It presents Faye Mandell's unique, step-by step Self-Powerment Model that shows us how to identify our authentic feelings which are here to help us in life. When we feel a feeling - without carrying it forward to distorted thought - we release the trapped energy it holds. This energy can be transformed into energy that can assist us - emotionally and practically.

Self-Powerment is a book to be experienced. Once done, we can ourselves provide the evidence of its benefits in our personal and work life.

Faye Mandell was born and raised in the Bronx in New York City. After receiving her Ph.D in Counseling Psychology from Boston College in 1972, she practiced as a psychologist for several years before entering the field of organizational effective consulting.

Years after graduating, Faye took her first course, "Quantum Physics and the Face of God" and with that her life and work interests changed dramatically. This course ignited her interest in investigating human concsiousness and its relationship to the new conception and development of her watershed Self-Powerment Model.
